The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for various positions, including reputed company staff and leadership roles, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), residential staff, case managers, clinicians, program managers, directors, and leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and reputed company effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
- reputed company passive and active candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, reputed company media, and other reputed company channels
- Conduct phone screens and interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top talent to hiring teams
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and reputed company market reputed company on talent availability and compensation trends
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial reputed company through reputed company
- Track reputed company metrics and reputed company regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill goals

Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
