[Remote] Senior Account Manager – Mandarin

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager who will manage fulfillment for China-based brands in the U.S. e-reputed company market, driving growth through strategic partnerships and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth by assessing the full GMV potential of each brand and building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models. Use market insights to identify realistic opportunities and maximize impact
• Translate long-term brand goals into clear, actionable steps and reputed company teams, peers, and brand leaders to execute strategy at every touchpoint
• Own account health by monitoring daily performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, taking decisive action to reputed company brands thriving

Skills
