The role involves designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing (UAT), collaborating closely with business users to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver expected business value.
Responsibilities
- Support both agile and traditional delivery teams by designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborating closely with business users to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver expected business value
- Serve as a subject matter expert in test design, test execution, defect evaluation, and testing process improvement
Skills
- Strong understanding of UAT processes, SDLC, and agile methodologies
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases
- Experience designing and executing reputed company test scenarios
- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal direction
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), reputed company testing fundamentals, and performance considerations
- Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborative reputed company and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in a government or regulated environment
- Familiarity with test automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, Robot reputed company, etc.)
- Experience preparing or managing test data
- Strong UAT or QA background with experience testing reputed company systems
