[Remote] Recruiter - Contractor

They are seeking a Contractor Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing reputed company strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the interview process to fill critical reputed company positions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a reputed company strategy for each reputed company position
- reputed company candidates through the reputed company ATS, job boards, and reputed company media
- Screen and interview candidates
- Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
- Attend job fairs, reputed company houses, and professional/sales recruitment events
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' full cycle recruitment background
- Strong recruitment experience in R&D
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction including dealing with service failures
- Strong computer skills including ATS, web-based reputed company tools, MS Office skills
- Prior experience selecting candidates using behavioral interview techniques
