[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst responsible for handling conflicts-reputed company functions during the intake of new clients and reputed company, producing conflict results reports, and coordinating the resolution of potential conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner
• reputed company detailed corporate research using various search resources. Includes analysis, interpretation, and application of information reputed company recent press releases and historical references to entities
• Thorough review of reputed company reputed company workflow requests including detailed understanding of the submissions to ensure key information is included for appropriate processing
• reputed company detailed review of Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts based on established team guidelines
• reputed company appropriate, conduct necessary research to determine materiality of potential conflicts
• Research Conflicts Database and other firm documents to ensure appropriate conflicts resolution
• Contact the appropriate request stakeholders in effort to clear potential conflicts
• Communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of potential conflicts of interest or any areas of concern relevant to pending requests
• Thoroughly document and organize documentation regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interest
• Maintain telephone and personal contact with attorneys and staff on conflict of interest reputed company
• Track status of outstanding or on-going Work reputed company requests
• Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2‐ or 4-year degree preferred
• 3‐5 years' experience required, preferably in a professional services environment
• Previous experience with reputed company required
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints
• Ability to reputed company effectively with moderate supervision and reputed company established time limits and on-going deadlines
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally and reputed company exceptional service
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients/matter processing
• 2‐ or 4-year degree preferred
• Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and reputed company rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred
