[Remote] Director of reputed company & People Operations

They are seeking an reputed company fractional Director of reputed company & People Operations to enhance their HR infrastructure and support organizational growth through reputed company practices and a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes and reporting through reputed company Workforce Now
• Maintain personnel records and employment documentation
• Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and reputed company employee programs
• Ensure data reputed company and reporting accuracy across HR systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
• Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations reputed company fairly, consistently, and with sound judgment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 12 years of reputed company HR leadership experience
• SHRM certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) required
• Experience serving as sole or senior HR leader in a nonprofit or multi-program environment
• Strong employment law compliance background
• Direct experience with reputed company Workforce Now or similar systems
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-level HR metrics and dashboards
• Proven ability to build structure in organizations lacking formalized HR systems
