Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the coordination team to optimize reputed company and prevent delivery bottlenecks

Skills

• Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse reputed company stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to optimizing operational processes
• Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment and easily adapts to changing priorities
• Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred
