[Remote] Marketing Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations/Program Coordinator to support the execution of customer marketing programs. This role is focused on ensuring workflows run smoothly, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating inputs across various teams to reputed company programs moving reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple reputed company workstreams
• Ensure program milestones are met and reputed company falls through the cracks
• Coordinate inputs across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams
• Document and standardize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Identify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvements
• Maintain and update playbooks, process guides, and internal documentation
• Work across multiple platforms including project management tools, CRMs, and content systems
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across program trackers and internal databases
• Build dashboards and trackers to reputed company clear visibility into program status
• Support operational workflows for content production, including approvals, handoffs, and delivery tracking
• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset readiness across teams
• Maintain the customer reference and story pipeline, including tracking status and coordinating reputed company
• Pull and organize data from relevant platforms to support program reporting
• Prepare inputs for stakeholder updates and performance reporting

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, or a similar execution-focused role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace)
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
• Clear, concise communicator with a proactive approach to status updates and issue flagging
• Experience supporting customer marketing, reputed company, or reference programs
• Familiarity with CRM or customer advocacy platforms (e.g., reputed company or similar tools)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for workflow automation
• Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics or similar platforms)
