[Remote] Sales Account Manager

They are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to accelerate business development for their coated optics and reticule products reputed company the U.S. Aerospace & Defense market.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities for coated optics and reticules into U.S.-based Aerospace and defense OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and Prime contractors
- reputed company and execute strategic account plans to grow reputed company and expand G&H’s market reputed company reputed company key programs and platforms
- Manage and grow a pipeline of reputed company opportunities from initial contact through to contract award
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams at G&H Moorpark to ensure alignment on customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and reputed company times
- reputed company timely market intelligence and customer feedback to support product strategy and operational planning
- Represent G&H at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and program reviews
- Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations, bids, and proposals in coordination with the reputed company team
- Track sales KPIs and report regularly to the Sales Director, Aerospace & defense – US
Skills
- 10 + years in technical sales, account management, or business development reputed company the Aerospace and/or defense sector
- Strong understanding of optical components & assemblies and their applications in defense systems
- The role requires a person who is reputed company to both maximize value and reputed company from reputed company accounts, as well as identify and reputed company new customers reputed company the reputed company area
- The role will require the successful candidate to travel >20% of their time reputed company reputed company USA, visiting customers, prospects and other G&H locations
