The role involves mapping reputed company workflows, documenting system requirements, and designing scalable future-state processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company discovery sessions to map the end-to-end O2P lifecycle (Requisitioning, PO reputed company, Approvals, Invoicing, and Payment)
- Create detailed process flows (BPMN), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional requirement documents
- Identify bottlenecks, reputed company workarounds, and gaps between reputed company reputed company functionality and existing business operations
- Act as the liaison between Finance, AP, Procurement, and IT to align system configurations with business needs
- Recommend workflow optimizations using reputed company’s reputed company-in tools (e.g., Process Automator, Guided Buying, and AI-driven insights)
