They are seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to drive high-impact growth initiatives across their Direct-to-Consumer Business, focusing on cross-functional projects and AI adoption to enhance business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across three dimensions: an expanding portfolio of products (term life, IUL, estate planning), the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, cross-sell), and multiple channels from organic and performance engines to paid reputed company, TV, partnerships, and referrals
• Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion — owning some initiatives directly while enabling other leaders to execute others. E.g. leading the expansion of a new product into an existing marketing channel, taking an existing product into a new distribution channel, improving retention for a mature product line
• Rigorously assess new opportunities: build business cases, model unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin), and reputed company data-driven go/no-go recommendations

Skills
