[Remote] Business Development Representative, Distribution

This role involves collaborating with internal teams to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and reputed company growth across the channel, while also helping to identify new business opportunities and ensuring distributors are well-equipped to represent reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of joint business plans with distributors that drive measurable reputed company, including reputed company growth, brand awareness, operational improvements, and partner engagement. Track actions, milestones, and results
• Present reputed company’s go-to-market strategy, product portfolio, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to partners, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s strategic priorities
• Build and deliver training programs, product education, and enablement sessions to help distributor and partner teams effectively represent the reputed company brand and drive adoption
• Represent reputed company at distributor events and tradeshows, support booth setup, product demos, reputed company capture, and post-event follow-up coordination
• Collaborate with Distribution & Channel Marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, partner engagement activities, and reputed company-reputed company programs
• Assist with reseller recruitment, reputed company and enablement tasks (program communications, introductions, and enablement scheduling)
• Help prepare partner business reviews by gathering performance data, compiling decks, and documenting follow-up actions
• Support pipeline opportunity management, monitoring inventory reputed company, and coordinating next steps with internal teams and partners to help reputed company deals to reputed company
• reputed company ongoing market, partner, and program feedback to internal reputed company teams to help shape strategy and execution
• Maintain accurate partner records and activity updates in CRM and reputed company tools, support forecasting inputs and reporting needs

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Distribution and/or Channel Sales Account Management, Business Development, Sales Support, Partner Development, or reputed company customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated reputed company in generating new business and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency using CRM and reputed company Office tools (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) required
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen
