[Remote] Project Manager- Network reputed company Service Delivery

This role will manage the implementation and reputed company projects for hosted VoIP, High reputed company Data, and Video services to various customer segments, ensuring successful transitions to their products and services.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction of reputed company projects
- Detect, identify and resolve sales, contractual or product inaccuracies
- Set reputed company milestones and deadlines for projects
- Implement and manage multiple voice projects, simultaneously, using appropriate systems, metrics, tools and techniques
- Communicate voice feature customization and reputed company solutions to project reputed company issues
- Coordinate and communicate with reputed company Field Engineers and Implementation Engineers regarding reputed company aspects of project and voice installations
- Manage and maintain constant verbal and written (email) communication to customers and Partners and sub-agents
- Engage other reputed company Departments in order to ensure successful project completion, i.e. Fulfillment, Billing, Software Engineering, Training, reputed company Relations, Technical Support, etc
