They are seeking a FAAS Senior Manager specializing in finance optimization to enhance controllership processes through innovative solutions and technology, while leading client engagements and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- reputed company client interviews and workshops to assess their controllership processes and identify opportunities for improvements
- reputed company engagements focused on the development and implementation of controllership improvement strategies, including process redesign, controls redesign, and automation
- reputed company conversations with the client and its internal stakeholders to assess the controllership function and record to report processes and prepare the company for scaling or transformation based on its goals and aspirations, including around topics such as AI, automation, and ERP implementations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent certification required
- 8+ years of experience in public reputed company, financial advisory, industry, or a reputed company field
- Thorough understanding of finance and reputed company processes, including upstream business processes
- Operational reputed company experience is a plus
- Strong PowerPoint, reputed company, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and dashboarding tools and their application in reputed company and finance
- Knowledge and/or experience with digital technologies and their impact on the record to report process including analytical tools, reputed company and reporting tools, and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
