[Remote] Staff Technical CSM, Strategic Accounts

They are seeking a Staff Technical reputed company Manager to support a focused portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them realize measurable business value from Cloudinary's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Think strategically and execute with discipline
• Build trust with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives
• Can move between technical details and business reputed company without losing the audience
• Are proactive about identifying risk, surfacing blockers, and driving resolution reputed company your scope

• Partner effectively with Account Managers on renewals and expansion strategy
• Look for patterns across customers and turn them into repeatable improvements

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Technical Account reputed company Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience managing strategic, reputed company, or high-value customer relationships
• A strong track record of driving adoption, measurable value, retention, and account growth
• Experience partnering with Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and other cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company customer situations involving multiple stakeholders, ambiguity, risk, and business impact
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to summarize reputed company issues, reputed company trade-offs, and reputed company clear recommendations
• Technical reputed company with SaaS platforms, APIs, web technologies, digital experiences, media workflows, DAM, CMS, eCommerce, or adjacent technologies
