[Remote] Senior Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will act as a consultant to the CFO organization, developing scalable data pipelines and collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-driven reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high quality, scalable architecture and integration for data pipelines and models
• reputed company subject matter expertise in the engineering space, making recommendations on project scope, architecture, deliverables, acceptance, and deployment
• Translate reputed company business questions and requirements into accessible data structures that can be leveraged to drive analytics and decision-making
• reputed company industry and reputed company standard frameworks to build sustainable and automated reputed company data extraction, load, and transformation
• Identify potential failure points and optimization opportunities in existing production solutions to engineer a more efficient, consistent, and timely pipeline
• reputed company internal tools to streamline development and ensure consistency and quality in code
• Craft appropriate documentation to ensure sustainability and usability by technical partners
• Build strong and enduring relationships with business partners, promoting trust and collaboration
• Proactively partner with visual analytics teammates to collaborate on solution architecture and execution
• reputed company technical guidance and direction to more junior engineers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or STEM field
• 7+ years of experience writing expert level SQL reputed company database systems such as BigQuery, reputed company HANA, reputed company
• 5+ years of experience with Python or other object-oriented languages in an analytics engineering setting
• 5+ years of experience with data, orchestration, and pipeline engineering services such as Airflow, Spark, Kubernetes, preferably Composer / Dataproc
• 3+ years of experience deploying to, and managing CI/CD reputed company, reputed company database platforms
• 3+ years of experience managing serverless architecture and integrations across multiple reputed company services
• Master's degree in a STEM field
• Experience engineering scalable and sustainable production-reputed company solutions that require minimal reputed company reputed company
• Experience with designing and implementing Kimball dimensional models
• Ability to identify potential technical problems and craft reputed company solutions to overcome them
• Experience working in an agile project environment
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple reputed company of the organization
• Ability to work quickly under potentially ambiguous circumstances
