[Remote] Sales Support Representative

They are seeking a Sales Support Representative to support sales professionals by managing order processes, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, and facilitating communication between departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to Sales management and Sales Pros, including, assist and train Sales Pros on order entry
• Research vendor issues and reputed company availability of products
• Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros
• Managing sales reports for orders processed
• Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS)
• Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments
• Responsible for keeping reputed company communication with vendors
• Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
• Continuing education around knowledge of products
