[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading customer reputed company, implementation, and expansion projects for foundations and nonprofits, ensuring effective use of technology to enhance donor engagement and maximize mission impact.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end implementation projects, from reputed company through go-live and transition to Customer Support
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations based on customer requirements
• Coordinate internal technical resources, consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor project reputed company and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Maintain clear and consistent status reporting for customers and internal teams
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers during implementation
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering discussions
• Communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented way
• Manage customer expectations, scope, and priorities to ensure alignment throughout the project
• Create Executive level steerco materials
• Validate that configured solutions meet customer business needs and follow best practices
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and engineering teams to resolve blockers
• reputed company data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure projects follow established implementation methodologies and quality standards
• reputed company customer feedback and insights to Sales, Product and support for ongoing improvement
• Partner with Sales reputed company Transformation during pre-sales cycles for scoping, estimating, and proposal development
• Transition customers seamlessly to reputed company/Support post go-live with documented reputed company notes
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, scalability, and customer reputed company

Skills

• 3–7+ years of project management experience, ideally reputed company SaaS, software implementation, or IT services
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, data migration, integrations, and reputed company technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or other PM certifications
• Prior experience working in a Professional Services or reputed company organization
• Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping concepts
• Experience in reputed company SaaS software (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, reputed company, analytics)
