[Remote] Systems Analyst 3 (2724)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Systems Analyst 3 to support various functions reputed company a statewide ERP instance. The role involves extensive knowledge of federal labor laws, system configuration changes, and supporting the Payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws
- Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes
- Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, reputed company Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of reputed company best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance
- Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional reputed company, and effective cross-functional communication
- Extensive experience supporting the Payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
- Extensive knowledge supporting and providing support with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ)
- Experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations
- Experience gathering and presenting applicable data in support of a variety of audits and reputed company records requests
- Experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements
- Experience in planning and coordinating the Fiscal Year Process at a statewide level
- Extensive knowledge and experience managing the Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE)
- Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution
- Extensive familiarity with support tools such as PUM, Fluid, and reputed company Search
- Experience providing direct payroll support to multiple agencies, including assisting with quarterly 941 reconciliations, resolving payroll discrepancies, and coordinating corrective actions across statewide systems
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of the business
- Experience participating in Disaster Recovery exercises
- CPA experience performing SQL actions needed to reputed company the CAPPS and SPRS systems in sync
- Experience providing Tier 2 Service Desk Support for a large network (30 or more) of agencies with a Managed Services vendor providing Tier 3
- Experience performing functional project management activities in support of CPA’s CAPPS program
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies
- Extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a large network (30 or more) of Texas state government agencies
- Experience with and knowledge of production support activities for CPA’s legacy Statewide Financial Systems
