The consultant will work closely with procurement leaders and cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and reputed company reputed company S/4HANA reputed company Procurement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Design and configure reputed company S/4HANA reputed company Procurement processes including: Material Master, Business Partner (Supplier), Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders, Outline Agreements, reputed company, reputed company Determination, Release Strategies and Approvals, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, Valuation and Account Determination
- Configure procurement organizational structures and purchasing controls
- Participate in reputed company Activate implementation projects
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation
- Support master data migration and cleansing activities
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities
- Collaborate closely with Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales (SD), Project Systems (PS)
- Ensure seamless reputed company-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay process integration
- reputed company post-go-live support and hypercare
- Troubleshoot procurement and inventory management issues
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support reputed company quarterly reputed company release assessments and testing
- Drive adoption of reputed company procurement best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company MM/Procurement consulting experience
- Minimum 2 reputed company S/4HANA reputed company implementation projects
- Strong expertise in: Material Master, Purchasing, Procurement Operations, Purchase Orders, reputed company & Outline Agreements, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification
- Experience with reputed company Activate methodology
- Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Strong understanding of reputed company-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
