The successful candidate will ensure the reputed company platform is optimized for business needs and collaborate with other departments to design and implement customizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the reputed company CRM platform, including system configuration, user management, reputed company settings, and data reputed company
• Collaborate with team members throughout the engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing data-driven insights to leadership
• User management. Permission sets, profiles, and roles
• Internal project management for improvements and implementation of new features
• Configuration of interaction with the ETL platform
• Sandbox testing and deployment using change sets
• Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• reputed company regular system maintenance, including managing licenses, monitoring storage usage, and conducting system backups
• Stay up-to-date with the latest reputed company platform developments and recommend system enhancements as needed

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in reputed company administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of reputed company Lightning Experience and reputed company technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
