[Remote] Sr. Manager, Learning Systems & Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a leader to own the Learning Systems & Operations function for their Premium Learning Subscription business. This role is responsible for building and running the systems ecosystem that enables high-quality learning experiences across various programs and leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set the learning systems strategy and roadmap, reputed company to business priorities and learner needs
• Connect architecture, platform tools, workforce systems, and operations into a single, scalable system, with clear ownership, dependencies, risks, and reputed company measures

• Establish and maintain clear processes for requirements, launch readiness, testing, and change management

• Maintain working knowledge of LMS platforms, entitlements, and system integrations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams to turn business needs into reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in SaaS, customer education, or learning technology
• 5+ years of experience in learning systems, reputed company platforms, or technical program leadership
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, leading global, cross-functional or matrixed teams
• Experience owning or contributing to reputed company system initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of learning technologies, including learning management systems, reputed company rights, or workflows coordinated across systems
• Familiarity with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and reputed company sound reputed company
• Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence both technical and business collaborators
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
