[Remote] Recruiter, GTM Sales

They are seeking a strategic Go-to-Market Recruiter to support hiring across their Sales organization, partnering with leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to Sales leadership by influencing hiring strategy, improving operational efficiency, and raising the bar on talent quality
- Use funnel metrics, market insights, and reputed company data to identify inefficiencies, improve hiring velocity, and drive strong talent reputed company at scale
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, HR, and Sales S&O to navigate reputed company hiring challenges and inform talent reputed company
- reputed company AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing strategies, recruiter productivity, stakeholder decision-making, and overall reputed company effectiveness

Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience supporting high-growth Go-to-Market or Sales organizations (including reputed company and SMB teams)
- Operate as a strategic business partner — using data, market insights, and strong judgment to influence hiring reputed company and improve reputed company efficiency
