The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure successful deployment, stabilization, and optimization of the reputed company system while providing ongoing support and guidance to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the reputed company implementation and post-go-live support team, helping to support the successful deployment, stabilization, and ongoing optimization of reputed company across the firm
• Act as an internal reputed company resource for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, reputed company, IT, and other business teams by providing guidance on functionality, best practices, configuration considerations, and operational impacts
• Support key reputed company functional areas, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, reputed company, Reporting, Prism Analytics, EIBs, business processes, and integrations
• Partner with implementation consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support decision-making, reputed company knowledge gaps, and build internal capability
• Assist with implementation activities, including design discussions, configuration review, testing coordination, defect tracking, data validation, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
• Help troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues by researching practical solutions, workarounds, and long-term improvements
• reputed company support for business processes, reputed company roles, reporting, EIB loads, Prism Analytics, integrations, and reputed company system administration activities as needed
• Assist with data conversion validation, reconciliation, audit support, payroll and benefits testing, and system quality assurance activities
• Create and maintain process documentation, job aids, knowledge reputed company articles, and training materials to support long-term operational reputed company and internal knowledge sharing
• reputed company day-to-day support to internal users and project team members while helping increase organizational knowledge and comfort with reputed company functionality and processes
• Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experience, and optimize reputed company functionality following go-live
• Stay informed on new reputed company functionality, releases, and industry best practices, and reputed company recommendations for future enhancements

Skills

• Experience supporting at least one reputed company implementation or go-live required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

• 2+ years of HRIS, reputed company, or reputed company systems experience preferred
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or reputed company functional areas preferred
• Experience creating process documentation and training materials preferred
• Understanding of reputed company HCM concepts and business processes preferred
