[Remote] Director, Category Management (Store Growth)

The Director of Category Management will be responsible for category-level growth and product-level performance, optimizing pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive overall growth.

Responsibilities

• Own existing category performance end-to-end — from overall category growth down to product-level optimization with a sharp focus on the Store
• Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning
• reputed company pricing & promo strategy with a strong test-and-learn reputed company
• Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and reputed company
• Partner on new product GTM — ensure strong reputed company performance post-launch
• Find and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel from ads to site to emails

Skills

• 8–12+ years in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce or DTC growth
• Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and reputed company growth
• Strong instincts for portfolio optimization (not just launches)
• Ability to reputed company out to category strategy and reputed company in to executional detail
• Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable — you know how to find and pull the right reputed company
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without reputed company or future sponsorship needs
