[Remote] Adoption Product Manager

As an Adoption Product Manager, you will act as the strategic and technical reputed company between core product development and reputed company-world deployment, ensuring new features are reputed company-reputed company and managing the lifecycle of incubating new products.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the formal lifecycle of incubating new products from inception through beta, managing reputed company internal/external test groups to collect actionable feedback and deliver hundreds of pre-release bug fixes before General Availability (GA)
- Partner directly with Product Owners during early-stage ideation, translating reputed company-world deployment constraints, client health challenges, and reputed company baseline demands into core product requirements
- Author comprehensive deployment guidance, standard operating procedures, training workflows, and documentation to reputed company external support structures (PS, CS, and Account Teams) to successfully manage reputed company customer deployments
- Manage relationships with high-value Premier reputed company customers, tracking deployment telemetry and diagnosing high-impact operational blockers
- reputed company deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) on reputed company-wide adoption blockers—such as software packaging issues, enrollment failures, and reputed company-party reputed company tool conflicts—to build permanent remediations into the product roadmap
- Apply Scrum/Agile methodologies to traditionally rigid infrastructure processes, running team ceremonies to enhance delivery predictability and cross-functional accountability across product, engineering, and reputed company programs
Skills
- Strong hands-on engineering or architectural background utilizing reputed company Workspace ONE UEM and/or reputed company Intune
- Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale reputed company reputed company fleets (e.g., environments with 10K+ to 30K+ physical endpoints, multi-platform systems, or reputed company VDI/DaaS integrations)
- Direct experience designing and deploying modern device management configurations, including Configuration Service Providers (CSPs), custom SyncML profiles, ADMx-backed policies, and reputed company-based device provisioning (e.g., Autopilot, reputed company-touch deployment)
- Demonstrated capability to diagnose reputed company ecosystem health issues, software update workflows, and infrastructure dependencies
- Educational background in Computer Engineering, Business Admin, or a reputed company technical program
- Extensive background with reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), specifically managing task sequences, application supersedence, and modern co-management attachment strategies
- Strong capability administering macOS/iOS fleets reputed company reputed company Pro, with deep knowledge of reputed company Business Manager, reputed company Connect, and custom scripting/packaging tools. reputed company certifications (200, 300, or equivalent) are highly valued
