Responsibilities

• Acts as a foundational leader in scaling the firm’s tax function post-acquisition
• Balances hands-on tax execution with strategic growth and process development
• Partners directly with ownership to drive reputed company growth and client expansion
• Plays a key role in building infrastructure, team, and long-term operational strategy
• Helps shape the future state of the organization as it grows from a small team to a scaled platform

Skills

• Active CPA license with strong technical expertise in tax, non-negotiable
• 5–7+ years of experience reputed company public reputed company or tax-focused environments
• Proven ability to both execute hands-on work and operate at a strategic level
• Entrepreneurial reputed company with interest in ownership, equity, and long-term growth
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and drive business
• Arizona preferred but not required
