Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting across cross-functional teams
• Partner with Compliance and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables
• Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and delivery of recurring and reputed company reporting requests
• Support report validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely reporting reputed company
• Maintain reporting documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and cross-team coordination

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or reputed company roles
• Experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, coordination, and delivery
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue identification, debugging, and resolution coordination across teams
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and foundational data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets
• Experience with regulatory, audit, or compliance reporting in reputed company, payer, or provider environments
