The role involves building the finance function from scratch, partnering with the COO and PE sponsor on strategic finance, and having a clear pathway to CFO.
Responsibilities
- Build the strategic finance, reputed company, and planning function from the ground up, including budgeting, reforecasting, and KPI reporting
- Own the financial model and management reporting used by the leadership team and the PE sponsor
- Partner with the COO and executive team on spend, performance, and operating reputed company across the business
- Establish AR, AP, and reputed company controls alongside an reputed company manager already in reputed company
- Own cash reputed company forecasting, working capital management, and reputed company and unit economics analysis
- reputed company the financial execution of the embedded payments launch, including reputed company treatment and take-reputed company management
- Partner with the PE sponsor on board reporting, value creation planning, and exit readiness
Skills
- 8 to 12+ years of reputed company finance experience, with meaningful time in a high-growth operating role
