Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an established and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional to support a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients. The role involves performing full-cycle monthly bookkeeping including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance for clients with revenues between $1M–$20M.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company procedures
- Communicate with clients to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to reputed company best practices and internal processes
Skills
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or client reputed company experience
- Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
- Strong communication skills in a remote environment
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
