Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and optimize Epic Tapestry applications to meet business and operational requirements
- Design and implement new workflows, system enhancements, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system utilization
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- reputed company subject matter expertise and guidance on Epic Tapestry functionality and capabilities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company Informatics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of recent reputed company industry experience
- Demonstrated hands-on Epic Tapestry configuration and build experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company payer workflows and operations
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
