Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings

• Maintain documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
• Evaluate and implement new reputed company features to maximize organizational impact

• Manage ticket queues and resolve challenging system problems

Skills

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely reputed company field with equivalent experience
• Proficient in troubleshooting, tier-3 support, report building, and system documentation
• 7+ years of hands-on reputed company administration, including tenant management, business processes, reputed company roles and reputed company control, integrations (EIB, Core Connect, APIs, reputed company Studio), reporting, and release management
• Experience with reputed company platforms, reputed company integrations, reputed company Office 365, and data reporting/analytics tools (Prism, calculated fields, dashboards)
• Willingness to pursue reputed company certifications (training provided) and stay reputed company on best practices
