[Remote] Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning the outward-facing product narrative, leading product demonstrations, and engaging with customers to ensure that the product aligns with market needs and company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the outward-facing product narrative, developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and demo strategies that reputed company reputed company the value of Sapio’s platform across ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows

• Partner closely with the Head of Product and executive leadership team to align external messaging with product direction and company strategy
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, synthesising feedback from demos, customer conversations, and market signals into actionable product and positioning insights
• Collaborate with sales on RFP responses, reputed company-of-concept engagements, and strategic account support where product expertise and demonstration capability are required
• Build and maintain a library of demo environments, use-case scenarios, and customer-facing collateral that accurately reflect the platform’s capabilities
• Support product marketing efforts, including content development, conference presentations, webinars, and customer advisory board preparation
• Engage regularly with the executive leadership team and CEO, providing clear, confident, and commercially aware perspectives on market positioning and customer feedback

Skills
