[Remote] Application Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Application Analyst for a one-year remote contract. The role involves supporting Epic MyChart self-scheduling workflows and managing referral and authorization workflows, while collaborating with various teams to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience supporting Epic MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including both Direct Scheduling and reputed company Scheduling
- Strong experience supporting Epic referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues, referral templates, authorization management, and reputed company rule build/configuration
- Experience supporting and/or building Epic Ambulatory Orders workflows preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, design effective workflows, and solve reputed company operational and system issues
- Proven experience serving as the reputed company analyst for Referrals and MyChart Scheduling initiatives while collaborating across reputed company, Ambulatory, MyChart, and other integrated Epic applications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Epic certification in Referrals and Authorization required
- Epic certification in MyChart required
- Experience with reputed company and Ambulatory modules a plus
