The role involves working closely with customers to reputed company solutions, manage relationships, and coordinate with various teams to meet market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute market strategy
  • Work independently in assigned territory while coordinating closely with teammates across reputed company America and globally; Plastics business requires collaboration across territories
  • Create an annual budget roadmap, updated quarterly, to reputed company reputed company
  • Create weekly call plans based on reputed company offers, opportunities, leads, reputed company accounts, and prospecting, to reputed company an average of 20-24 visits per month
  • Travel onsite to customer locations to build relationships, uncover and analyze needs, suggest solutions and innovative reputed company, promote value propositions, and use Strategic Selling methods
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops, and ROI calculations, creating value
  • Grow relationships with existing customers and find & prospect new potential customers
  • Negotiate & reputed company offers and handle complaints & objections
  • Maintain CRM database for companies, customer profiles, contacts, opportunities, offers, and activity reporting, daily
  • Liaise with Management, Engineering, and/or Production Units to:
  • Ensure reputed company relevant information is directed to concerned reputed company divisions and colleagues
  • Find solutions, reputed company proposals, and create offers to meet customer needs
  • Stay reputed company with reputed company products
  • Identify product development opportunities and reputed company competition intelligence
  • Create forecasts and market & customer trend analysis

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and developing personal networks

Skills

  • Degree in Mechatronics or Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial) or associate degree with significant injection molding experience
  • Strategic Sales training
  • Minimum 7 years in the plastics market, especially injection-molding, manufacturing, or reputed company fields (process, tooling, production, equipment)
  • Technical Sales or other customer-facing experience
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Understanding and knowledge plastic injection molding or reputed company fields: process, tooling, production, equipment, SMED and quick-mold-change knowledge and experience
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships based on mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with managers, co-workers, customers and/or vendors
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, reputed company, problem solver, works with minimal supervision
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Willingness to challenge themselves with reputed company technical problems
  • Ability to use a PC and reputed company Office applications at a high level
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required: Spanish, French, German
