[Remote] Sales Engineer, Cognigy

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading discovery calls, delivering impactful demos, and crafting responses to RFI/RFPs while staying informed on market trends and providing technical expertise to other teams.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery calls and technical deep dives to uncover pain points and identify opportunities across reputed company's Customer Service Automation portfolio — including AI-driven Intelligent Virtual Agents, reputed company, Analytics, Intelligent Routing, reputed company Engagement
- Deliver customized, high-impact demos and presentations that don't just show product features they paint a reputed company of what exceptional customer experience looks like
- Craft creative, differentiated responses that go reputed company checkbox compliance and reputed company reputed company stand out
- Design and execute reputed company-of-value that demonstrate reputed company-world value and accelerate deal velocity
- Continuously track market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies across reputed company, analytics, and reputed company platforms
- reputed company technical expertise and upskill others across adjacent teams, becoming a go-to voice for AI
Skills
- 7+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture role, reputed company in planning and executing reputed company reputed company software sales
- 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
- 5+ years of contact center experience, with deep familiarity of the CCaaS landscape
- Proven track record delivering best-in-class solutions with strong work examples
- Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company, asynchronous messaging, and omnichannel engagement solutions
- Experience with reputed company SaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations
- Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM, and browser developer tools
- Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and reputed company coding techniques to rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions
