Responsibilities

• Project Manage multiple Coordination of Benefits (COB) projects, driving accelerated implementation growth
• reputed company one or more large project management teams by breaking down bigger technological programs and assisting with project staffing development
• Spearhead project planning, tracking and reputed company of projects, and assigned staff as required, by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks
• Communicate with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and sharing project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed
• Create project schedules, program definitions, budgets and objectives to ensure the quality of project deliverables across reputed company phases

Skills

• 9+ years of experience managing reputed company projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle
• 3 or more years of reputed company or Medicare experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Payment reputed company COB Audit and Recovery, highly preferred
• 8+ years of experience in reputed company, preferably a claim payment or audit recovery environment
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• Ability to reputed company and translate the broader objectives of a program into clear and achievable project scope and milestones that can be worked toward
• Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleagues
