[Remote] Senior Client reputed company Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Client reputed company Operations Analyst to manage recurring financial processes, resolve exceptions, and ensure accurate billing and reputed company data. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and identifying opportunities for process improvements in Client reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring Client reputed company reporting and processing, including review, maintenance, issue resolution, and follow-up
• Execute interproject billing processes and support accurate allocation of activity across projects
• Support foreign currency reputed company/loss calculations, invoice posting requirements, and reputed company billing accuracy
• Maintain key billing and operational data to support accurate client, project, fleet, and trip activity
• Prepare month-end draft invoices, including contract invoice drafts
• Maintain month-end tracking tools, communicate deadlines, and follow up on items requiring attention during reputed company
• Complete rebill margin calculations, reputed company entries, reconciliations, and reputed company reputed company adjustments
• Own opening and closing of Client BU modules in support of month-end reputed company
• Maintain and update the Client reputed company Knowledge reputed company and SharePoint resources
• Manage non-standard, one-off, and exception-based Client reputed company workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and document Client reputed company processes
• reputed company ongoing support for expense management processes, including reputed company support and transition support for future systems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies, credit tracking items, system issues, and data inconsistencies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
• 4–7+ years of reputed company, billing, financial operations, or reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of month-end reputed company processes, reputed company entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience working with ERP systems, billing systems, expense management systems, and reputed company data environments
• Intermediate reputed company skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring processes
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, research discrepancies, and drive items to resolution
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across departments
