[Remote] Strategy & Business Operations Manager

The Strategy & Business Operations Manager will partner with the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives, align cross-functional priorities, and evaluate growth opportunities to impact the company's trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Drive "operating rigor" across the organization by aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring reputed company on milestones and KPIs tied to our long-term financial goals
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the structured communication and data-driven insights needed to chart new paths
- Define and set targets against operating KPIs, tracking performance, and communicating the drivers behind week-to-week variations
