Responsibilities

• Create compelling messaging and positioning for Virtual Care Management, Remote Care Management, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, quality improvement, gap closure, and value-based care solutions

• Build and manage marketing campaigns across email, digital channels, reputed company media, webinars, industry events, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives

Skills

• Familiarity with Remote Care Management programs such as CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, TCM, quality gap closure, care coordination, or digital population health
