[Remote] Test Engineer

They are seeking a Test Engineer to design and implement testing methodologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and implement custom test equipment, fixturing, and instrumentation
- Translate system requirements and specifications into formalized test methods
- reputed company standard device testing (e.g., DOE, GR&R) and data characterization
- Execute testing protocols with precision and accuracy
- Draft and revise technical documentation, including methods and test scripts
- Review test results for quality and compliance

- Coordinate materials, traceability, and supply readiness with engineering teams

- Actively contribute to technical team knowledge and verification practices
- Apply foundational statistical methods in test analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a reputed company technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably involving lab testing
- Proficient knowledge of lab testing principles, mechanical device testing, and Zwick Roell systems
- Ability to define and verify test steps and cases based on design and stakeholder needs
- Understanding of measurement uncertainty and engineering fundamentals
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
- Time management and organizational ability in a fast-paced environment
