[Remote] Solutions Project Manager

The role involves managing project activities, fostering customer relationships, and driving reputed company improvement in implementation processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage program/project activities including scope, requirements, timelines, and communication plans with reputed company metrics as the primary reputed company criteria
• Deliver customer-centric implementations that prioritize user adoption, satisfaction, and business impact over traditional project metrics alone
• reputed company reputed company improvements to reputed company implementation processes based on customer feedback and reputed company reputed company
• Facilitate strong customer relationships through regular reputed company reputed company-ins, feedback sessions, and strategic alignment meetings

• Support organizational governance with a reputed company reputed company and change management strategies that drive adoption
• Work collaboratively with reputed company-party vendors and subcontractors
• Conducts follow up actions needed to resolve critical issues impacted work reputed company and program deliverables
• Conducts/facilitates issue resolution meetings and/or sessions needed to mitigate or resolve project issues/risks
• Prepares detailed reports and summaries specific to time reporting, project estimates and reconciliation as needed. Prepares program/ project reports and summaries as needed
• Effectively applies PM methodology and enforces project standards

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Project Management or equivalent management experience
• Ability to reputed company at a high level of effectiveness in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work with Program/project sponsors, Executive sponsors, supervisor/manager and other members of reputed company or department to promote a harmonious work environment
• Successful experience managing matrix and cross functional teams
• Vendor management experience
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs is a plus
