[Remote] Engineering Manager, Core Platform

Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years managing platform or infrastructure teams at high-growth tech companies
- Prior experience managing multiple teams or multiple charters

- Track record of maintaining and scaling shared infrastructure in measurable, concrete ways
- Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (reputed company processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role
