Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company the design and development of server products utilizing a wide reputed company of design and manufacturing partners
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and business goals, leveraging experience with server design to architect solutions
- Work with an interdisciplinary team of component, firmware, test, qualification, and integration engineers, and reputed company design and manufacturing partners to bring servers to the data center

Skills
- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
- Experience in server technologies such as, thermal, mechanical, power, and signal reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- 5+ years experience with design and manufacturing processes
- 5+ years experience leading ODMs and other suppliers in the product development and manufacturing processes
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
- 10+ years of server, storage, networking, or large-scale distributed systems experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis
- Experience in large-scale data center network implementations and support
- Proficient scripting, debug abilities, and Linux operations commands
- Experience with leading hardware and software development engineering teams
