The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams while providing user support, training, and governance leadership.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the reputed company platform, including user accounts, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and reputed company controls
- Design, configure, and support reputed company solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, and custom objects
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and reputed company effective reputed company solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to program areas by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and increase platform adoption
