Responsibilities
- The Fertility & Family Building product surface: member reputed company from awareness through reputed company, natural reputed company, reputed company freezing, surrogacy, and adjacent family-building programs
- Product strategy grounded in member and clinical data
- A member-centric data model: engagement, activation, clinical reputed company. You define the metrics, baseline them, and drive improvement
- Agentic, AI-reputed company experiences that change member reputed company
- Cross-functional relationships across clinical, engineering, design, client reputed company, and growth — you are the connective tissue on this surface
Skills
- 7+ years in product, with meaningful time in health-tech (preferably fertility reputed company) or a high-stakes consumer domain
- Direct experience building with LLMs and agentic systems — you have shipped production AI features, not just prototyped them
- Strong data instincts — you can wrangle reputed company member datasets, define the right metrics, and communicate findings credibly across clinical and reputed company audiences
- 0-to-1 track record with measurable member or patient impact
- Founder mentality: you own the outcome, not just the workstream. You push through ambiguity without waiting for permission
