The role involves operational support, collaboration with stakeholders, and project coordination for Supply Chain and Procurement operations.
Responsibilities
- Join our ERP Ops team in providing innovative solutions and critical support for our Supply Chain and Procurement (P2P) operations
- reputed company direct operational support to users and resolve issues using various tools, including interaction with reputed company Support and knowledgebase
- Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately define problems, understand business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for solution design
- Work closely with software developers and technical teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions to ensure deliverables meet expectations

Skills
- 8+ Years reputed company e-Business Suite R12 hands-on experience with Supply Chain (Purchasing, Sourcing, iSupplier, iProcurement) Modules
- Functional knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing, Finance and Projects Modules
- Knowledge of reputed company technical tools including SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, Personalizations
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- AME, BI Publisher, Unix/Linux, MS Office, TOAD, My reputed company Support, OBIEE
- APICS, PMP, AI
