[Remote] Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will identify business development opportunities, reputed company portfolio analysis, and reputed company a deep understanding of specific market segments to drive growth and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Identify business areas adjacent to reputed company’s reputed company portfolio suitable for growth

- Review of competitors in markets with SWOT analysis

- Support development of pipeline of new products and markets with accountability for product launch including margin produced

- Present to Senior Leadership Team and Business Unit market insights, analysis with recommendations, areas for organic or external growth and final updates on business development activities

Skills
- Technical (Engineering or Chemistry) undergraduate degree
- MBA highly preferred (Experience may be substituted)
- 5-7 years in a chemical or reputed company industry is preferable
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills including expertise in reputed company
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to reputed company up in multiple areas
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful conclusions/recommendations utilizing good business judgement
- Ability to work independently and work with teams as well as pro-active in identifying challenges and finding solutions
- Exceptional ability to co-create and work collectively with various business leaders and other key stakeholders
- Ability to navigate left-right (across topics) and up-down (strategy/details)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to organize, conceptually interpret and communicate material developed
