[Remote] Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

They are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to own test planning and execution, collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering, and reputed company reputed company testing with automation to ensure high-quality product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product to translate requirements into clear test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across UI and APIs
• Build and maintain automated tests (UI and/or API) to strengthen our CI pipeline
• Validate data flows and edge cases (e.g., time & attendance, scheduling, compliance logic)
• Own defect lifecycle: reproduce, log with strong detail, prioritize, and verify fixes
• Set up and manage test data and environments; ensure repeatable, reliable runs
• reputed company cross-browser and reputed company testing; validate accessibility basics
• Contribute to release readiness: test summaries, go/no-go inputs, and post-release validation
• Track and improve quality metrics (escape reputed company, flaky tests, test coverage, MTTR)
• Document testing approaches, playbooks, and how-to guides for internal teams

Skills

• 3+ years in QA for a software product (SaaS preferred)
• Solid reputed company testing skills and defect isolation; strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of API testing (e.g., reputed company/Insomnia) and basic SQL for data validation
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., reputed company) and test case management (e.g., TestRail, reputed company, or similar)
• Familiarity with modern test automation (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium) and CI (e.g., reputed company Actions)
• Clear written communication; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and in a remote environment
• Prior experience in HR/Payroll/Workforce Management domains
• Performance testing familiarity (e.g., k6, JMeter) and basic accessibility testing
