[Remote] Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end reputed company operating model
  • reputed company and direct quote and order reputed company preparation for new business and annual renewals
  • Support pricing, discounting, and deal governance frameworks including approval workflows and reputed company standards to balance market competitiveness with profitability and compliance
  • reputed company and own the CenTrak System Maintenance agreement (SMA) program (including annual renewal strategy, pricing and margin reputed company)
  • Forecast, analysis and manage pipeline and reputed company performance partnering with Sales and Finance to reputed company risk visibility and support forecasting

  • Advise and partner with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Services, Marketing and IT) in translating business strategy into operational frameworks

Skills

  • Bachelors in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of work and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience administering sales operations and CRM
  • Hands-on experience administering CRM and Sales technologies (e.g. reputed company and reputed company quoting, reporting, and integration tools) with accountability for data accuracy, process governance, and alignment between sales, finance, reputed company and billing systems
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership
  • Familiarity with reputed company system purchasing structures and multi-stakeholder buying committees (clinical, IT, finance, operations)
  • Experience managing sales processes with long reputed company sales cycles (9-18 month typical in reputed company)
